AST SpaceMobile announced a partnership with Saudi Telecom Company to develop innovative telecom solutions and satellite-based digital services that could improve mobile service accessibility. Eutelsat Communications has signed a multi-orbit agreement with Intelsat to enhance connectivity solutions over Europe, the Middle East, and the Pacific, including OneWeb services. Customers worldwide will be able to benefit from a seamless ubiquitous connectivity service enabled by the combination of the GEO and LEO assets of the three entities: Eutelsat’s and Intelsat’s GEO fleets coupled with OneWeb’s LEO network.

euNetworks Group Limited has agreed to acquire the dark fiber business branch of a Belgian utility company. The long-haul infrastructure will deliver dark fiber and lit services to euNetworks’ existing customers, from national and regional ISPs to content, cloud providers, hyperscalers and mobile network operators.

With Lumen Solutions for Contact Center - Talkdesk, Lumen customers now have access to the full suite of Talkdesk cloud contact center solutions. Aryaka is now providing enhanced SD-WAN and SASE offerings specifically designed to meet the needs of small- to medium-sized enterprises. Aryaka delivers a more comprehensive set of managed service capabilities compared to alternatives including application optimization, network security, multi-cloud connectivity, and cloud-based observability and control, all supported by lifecycle services management.

Rafay Systems has formed a reseller partnership with NTT DATA to expand the adoption of Rafay’s Kubernetes Operations Platform in the EMEA and APAC regions. Together, Rafay and NTT DATA will help enterprises significantly reduce the complexity, resource requirements and costs associated with do-it-yourself Kubernetes to ensure the success of application modernization initiatives.
