Oracle released Oracle Health Community Care, a cloud-based mobile extension of the Oracle Health Foundation electronic health record. The new offering enables caregivers to securely access and update comprehensive patient charts regardless of network connectivity, so nurses, therapists, dieticians, social workers, and physicians have the information they need to perform in-home patient visits, provide care in mobile clinics, or undertake emergency interventions. XAI has also selected Oracle to offer xAI’s Grok models via Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Generative AI service for various use cases, including content creation, research, and business process automation. xAI will also leverage the scalability, performance, and cost efficiency of OCI’s leading AI infrastructure to train and run inferencing for its next-generation Grok models.

Ericsson announced has successfully completed a Cloud RAN 5G call using the HPE ProLiant Compute DL110 Gen12 server, powered by Intel Xeon 6 or system-on-chip. The achievement marks another step in the evolution and industrialization of Open RAN, enabling communications service providers to deploy high-performing, scalable, and efficient networks built on open, cloud-native infrastructure powered by Red Hat technologies. Ciena has compiled a new report on wavelength services, the first of its kind, that explores the key drivers of the need for high-speed connectivity.

Salesforce unveiled Marketing Cloud Next, a major evolution of its leading marketing solution and the end of traditional do-not-reply marketing. This isn’t just a product launch; it’s a strategic reframe of marketing itself, powered by autonomous AI agents that act as always-on collaborators. Fortinet completed powerful updates to Lacework FortiCNAPP, making it easier than ever for customers to secure applications and workloads across hybrid and multi-cloud environments. The company also shared that the FortiAppSec Cloud service, FortiMail Workspace Security, FortiNDR Cloud, FortiSIEM, and Fortinet Incident Response services are now available in the AWS Marketplace.

Meta announced a 20-year corporate nuclear energy agreement with Constellation Energy for the Clinton Clean Energy Center. IonQ will acquire  Oxford Ionics in a transaction valued at $1.075 Billion, which will consist of $1.065 Billion in shares of IonQ common stock and approximately $10 Million in cash (subject to customary closing adjustments and expenses). Vodafone and CK Hutchison shared that the merger of Vodafone UK and Three UK was successfully completed.

Snowflake intends to acquire Crunchy Data, a leading provider of trusted open-source Postgres technology and products. Gilat Satellite Networks has received a $40 million contract for its virtualized SkyEdge IV platform, expected to be delivered over the next 24 months.
