IonQ has acquired Capella Space Corporation, an American space tech company
security. HP Wolf Security released a
new
report, Securing the Print Estate: A Proactive Lifecycle Approach to Cyber Resilience - highlighting the challenges of securing printer hardware and firmware (platform security), and
the implications of these failures across every stage of the printer’s lifecycle. Based on a global study of 800+ IT and security decision-makers, the findings show that platform security is
being overlooked, leaving concerning security gaps.

Coupang Intelligent Cloud. CIC represents the evolution of Coupang’s AI infrastructure. Over the years, Coupang has extensively utilized its AI computing
infrastructure to enhance its services and operations and also provides GPU-as-a-Service, including to external parties. HCLTech and Equinor have expanded their IT collaboration to support the
next phase of
Equinor’s digital transformation.
This expanded relationship will cover Equinor’s IT landscape across several key strategic areas. Morrisons is enhancing the shopping experience for its ten million weekly customers with the
launch of a new in-app Product Finder. Built with Gemini AI models on

Hewlett Packard Enterprise and Juniper Networks have
reached an agreement with the U.S. Department of Justice that, subject to court approval, resolves the DOJ’s lawsuit challenging HPE’s acquisition of Juniper and
clears the way for the transaction to close. Rohde & Schwarz has
acquired ZES ZIMMER Electronic Systems GmbH. The privately owned company
based in Oberursel, Hesse, has been designing, developing, and manufacturing high-precision power measurement equipment for four decades. The acquisition complements the Rohde & Schwarz test
and measurement product portfolio. This is an important step that contributes to the company’s long-term growth strategy and will benefit the customers of both companies.
Telenor has acquired GlobalConnect’s
consumer business in Norway in a transaction valued at NOK 6.0 billion. The deal marks a significant strategic step in strengthening Telenor’s position in the
Norwegian fibre market. Apple’s Jeff Williams will transition his role as
chief operating officer later this month to Sabih Khan, Apple’s senior vice president of Operations, as part of a long-planned succession. Williams will
continue reporting to Apple CEO Tim Cook and overseeing Apple’s world-class design team and Apple Watch alongside the company’s Health initiatives. Apple’s design team will then transition to
reporting directly to Cook after Williams retires late in the year.
IonQ has acquired Capella Space Corporation, an
American
space tech company with synthetic aperture radar and satellite solutions for government and commercial applications. Ericsson completed the
equity investments by twelve global communication service
providers into its subsidiary Aduna, formally establishing Aduna as a 50:50 joint venture. Aduna was created to combine and sell aggregated network Application Programming Interfaces
globally.
