Keysight Announces Pricing of Public Offering
Keysight announced the pricing of an underwritten, registered public offering of its senior unsecured fixed rate notes in an aggregate principal amount of $750,000,000. The notes will mature in 2030 and will bear interest at an annual rate of 5.350 percent. The offering is expected to close on April 17, 2025, subject to customary closing conditions.
