ServiceNow and Aptiv announced a strategic partnership focused on driving intelligent automation and operational resilience across telco, automotive, enterprise, and industrial sectors. Combining the strength of the ServiceNow Platform with Aptiv’s virtualization platform enabled by Wind River cloud and Linux solutions — the partnership will drive greater automation and efficiency for telco and enterprise customers. Fortinet has made significant FortiAI innovations embedded across the Fortinet Security Fabric platform to enhance protection against new and emerging threats, simplify and automate security and network operations, and secure employee use of AI-enabled services. Nokia has expanded its industrial application ecosystem with the launch of six new Industry 4.0 applications deployed on MX Industrial Edge reinforcing its commitment to empowering enterprises on their digitalization journey with innovative use cases.

LambdaTest launched its HyperExecute MCP Server, a cutting-edge enhancement to its AI-native test orchestration platform, HyperExecute. This new update introduces the Model Context Protocol, significantly streamlining automated testing workflows and reducing setup time from hours or weeks to mere minutes. PEAK3 and ASUS IoT formed a strategic partnership that will integrate PEAK3's Industrial ATSC 3.0 M.2 Receiver technology into ASUS IoT's hardware platforms, creating new possibilities for smart cities and industrial automation. VIAVI has expanded its VIAVI Automated Lab-as-a-Service for Open RAN testing facility with an RF-shielded anechoic chamber and two additional customer labs. Based in Chandler, Arizona, the VALOR Lab offers a highly automated, open and impartial Lab-as-a-Service / Test-as-a-Service suite for Open RAN interoperability, performance and security.

Network and Mobile News

Lumen and Ciena have successfully established a 1.2 terabit wavelength service trial across 3,050 kilometers (more than 1,800 miles) on Lumen's Ultra-Low-Loss fiber network, making it the world's longest 1.2 terabit non-regenerated signal. AT&T's FirstNet 5G network, the only 5G network built with and for America’s first responders, is now bringing new multi-layered coverage and unprecedented network insight to more than 7 million public safety connections. Adtran formed a partnership with 6WIND to deliver scalable virtual broadband network gateway and virtual carrier-grade NAT solutions, giving service providers a more agile and cost-effective way to manage subscriber authentication, routing and traffic handling. 

Orange France has selected Ericsson to enhance its network performance while also reducing environmental impact. The modernization will use Ericsson’s advanced radio solutions, which improve uplink performance, a critical factor in today’s evolving network technology landscape. NEC has successfully achieved Japan’s longest terrestrial wireless optical communication, or free-space optical communication, over a distance of more than 10 km. In addition, NEC has successfully conducted FSO communications between an observation deck at TOKYO SKYTREE, the tallest structure in Japan, and a location on the ground approximately 3 km away, representing a significant change in elevation. 

Anritsu released a new solution that combines Microwave Vision Group's multi-probe OTA test systems with Anritsu's Wireless Connectivity Test Set MT8862A to support IEEE 802.11be (Wi-Fi 7) OTA measurements. Rohde & Schwarz announced R&S RAMON, an innovative postprocessing platform designed to achieve spectrum
