Eastex Chooses Key Platforms GOCare and Dialpad
GOCare and Dialpad announced that Eastex Telephone Cooperative has selected GOCare’s and Dialpad’s integrated digital experience and UCaaS platforms to elevate Eastex’s customer experience. This integration enhances Eastex’s customer strategy of deploying best-in-breed solutions by integrating GOCare and Dialpad tools with CDG Elements OSS/BSS, and Adtran network insight tools.

Vodafone and 1&1 Partner
Vodafone and 1&1 announced that they have launched a national roaming partnership in Germany, allowing 1&1 customers to access Vodafone’s 5G mobile network. This follows a deal reached between the two operators in 2023.

California Selects AT&T for Fiber Expansion
AT&T announced that it was selected by the state of California to expand AT&T Fiber to nearly 7,500 residential and business locations in Riverside, San Bernardino and San Mateo Counties as part of a $30 million public-private project to help bridge the digital divide. AT&T will also invest additional private capital for the project’s costs in each of the three counties.

Ericsson Welcomes US and Sweden 6G Cooperation
Ericsson announced that it has welcomed a joint statement by the U.S. and Swedish governments pledging further cooperation on advanced wireless technologies, including 6G.

Nokia Enhances TM International Optical Network
Nokia has been selected by TM to build a dedicated international optical Dense Wavelength Division Multiplexing network, improving the management of growing data traffic and improving data center connectivity. Nokia’s industry-leading DWDM solution will allow TM to effectively support massive increments in data traffic and fulfil the increasing demand for cloud-based real-time and low-latency services and applications by its hyperscaler customers.

Nokia and illwerke Announce Optical Transport Network In Austria
Nokia announced that it has been selected by illwerke vkw AG to deploy an optical transport solution to illwerke vkw’s business customers. The deployment, which is expected to be completed by late 2024, will provide illwerke vkw AG with a new, resilient and modernized optical network capable of supporting 400G wavelengths and beyond.
