T-Mobile and EQT successfully
closed their joint
venture to acquire fiber-to-the-home provider Lumos. Deutsche Telekom has signed a
long-term strategic agreement with Google Cloud, extending into 2030. The agreement focuses on cloud and
AI integration for Deutsche Telekom’s IT, networks, and business applications, including the migration of its SAP landscape. Ericsson and Lenovo have
reached a settlement to resolve their patent licensing dispute over a
multi-year, global patent cross-license agreement between the two companies.
ServiceNow signed a definitive agreement to
acquire Logik.ai, an industry
leader with a modern, AI powered, and composable Configure, Price, Quote solution. Snowflake shared that Mike Gannon is joining the company as
