Groundbreaking Collaboration Establishes a New Benchmark for Sovereign AI Compute in Africa Powered by 50+ NVIDIA B300 Servers (400+ GPUs).

As the global demand for high-capacity Artificial Intelligence compute accelerates, Africa stands at a pivotal threshold to establish sovereign AI capabilities with next-generation AI infrastructure. Delivering Exascale-performance (7.2 EFLOPS) Sovereign AI for Africa, the implementation will be powered by 50+ high-performance NVIDIA B300 HGX GPU servers (400+ GPUs) from GIGABYTE, an ECOBLOX ecosystem partner.

This groundbreaking collaboration establishes a new benchmark for AI Clouds in Africa, de-risking infrastructure investments and positioning South Africa as the continent's primary hub for Sovereign AI compute. By uniting leading experts across AI infrastructure, cloud orchestration, and Tier-3+ rated colocation facilities, the partnership directly addresses Africa's most critical AI scaling bottlenecks, including power density, high-density cooling, and extended hardware lead times. Furthermore, delivering a performance of 7.2 EFLOPS enables African businesses to deploy locally, delivering lower latency and reduced operational costs across the African continent and the global market.
