Anritsu Enables Production Expansion and Stable Mass Production of Wireless Infrastructure products at Tamagawa Electronics Vietnam

Anritsu announced that it has worked closely with Tamagawa Electronics Vietnam to help expand production of wireless communication infrastructure products. As part of this initiative, Tamagawa Electronics Vietnam has adopted Anritsu’s Spectrum Analyzer/Signal Analyzer MS2850A, and Anritsu has provided comprehensive support in building an automated test line and stable mass production.

Recent growth in the wireless communication market has enabled Tamagawa Electronics Vietnam to expand production while meeting increasingly strict communication quality requirements. This production expansion, the largest in the company’s history, posed challenges for maintaining stable mass production using conventional test and verification methods.

To address these challenges, the company started developing an automated production line test system designed to enhance test reproducibility and ensure consistent product quality. Beyond supplying the measurement instruments, Anritsu supported Tamagawa Electronics Vietnam by assisting with the design and deployment of the automated test system, as well as providing technical support to ensure smooth and timely operation of the automated testing framework.

As a result, the automated test system quickly achieved stable test operation with minimum product variation, helping the company meet the strict quality standards required by wireless communication products while improving production efficiency. Since starting mass production, the company’s production lines have continued to operate stably.
