The HP Spectre Folio on Sprint’s Network Built for Unlimited

Sprint expands its portfolio of Always Connected and Gigabit Class LTE devices

In collaboration with HP, we’re proud to support the HP Spectre Folio¹ with connectivity powered by Sprint’s LTE Advanced network. HP Spectre Folio gives Sprint customers a great always-connected experience on a network that’s built for unlimited. For customers activating the device on the Sprint network, Intel and Sprint are offering free unlimited data for six months with Autopay.*

The HP Spectre Folio running on our LTE Advanced network is a gigabit-class LTE device supporting MIMO, 256 QAM, and multiple channel carrier aggregation. In fact, this device supports five channel carrier aggregation (5CA), making it the first 5CA Band 41 Always Connected PC for our network.

We’re excited to attend today’s HP event in New York, and bring to life the capabilities of Sprint’s LTE Advanced network. HP is showcasing continuous streaming of 4K videos, and showing the new OMEN Obelisk acting as a cloud host device running high spec graphics over Sprint LTE to play games on the Spectre Folio via OMEN Game Stream.²

With an LTE Advanced network providing gigabit-class performance, Sprint customers will have a great experience downloading high-definition content and applications. And as an important stepping stone to 5G, our LTE Advanced network will be critical to providing customers with a seamless experience when we launch mobile 5G in the first half of 2019.
