HFN CONFIRMS AGREEMENT TO DEPLOY SMART GRID CONNECTIVITY WITH LEADING REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT TRUSTS
Hudson Fiber Network (HFN), confirmed its agreement one of the country's leading Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs), to deploy Smart Grid connectivity across eight of their prime buildings in Jersey City, Hoboken and Paramus.
The buildings will connect to the HFN smart-grid platform, allowing for mileage insensitive cross-connect pricing with access to hundreds of commercial buildings and colocation facilities. Specific advantages for the REIT’s tenants include:
