CSG Completes Inaugural Double Materiality Assessment for ESG Reporting

CSG announced the successful completion of its inaugural double materiality assessment as a critical step to enhance its environmental, social and governance practice and further inform its sustainability strategy. This comprehensive evaluation allows CSG to better understand the impacts, risks and opportunities of key ESG topics, including greenhouse gas emissions, employee wellbeing, customer data privacy and business ethics, based on both financial and impact materiality.

Based on 360-degree analysis from internal and external stakeholders and experts, the double materiality assessment evaluates the financial impact of sustainability and social matters as well as the effects of the company’s operations on the environment and society. The assessment follows a formal approach, including identifying and defining the most relevant ESG topics, gathering internal and external perspectives and assessing inward and outward impacts.
