Ziotis Completes Proof-of-Concept (PoC) with Large APAC Operator

PoC demonstrates hyper-automation in Tier-1 operator environment

Ziotis, the world’s leading provider of cross-domain hyperautomation solutions for service providers and large enterprises based on blockchain, robotics process automation (RPA) and artificial intelligence (AI), today announced the completion of a proof-of-concept (PoC) for a top-tier operator in Asia Pacific (APAC).

The PoC leveraged Ziotis’ Zen Product Suite to automate key operational process related to the reducing operational expenses, shortening time to revenue, and improving the customer experience. The PoC included Zen OSS and Zen Chain to provide secure, zero-touch automation of manual processes that were negatively impacting the operator’s expenses customers and revenues, including the following use cases:

• Zero-touch, automated provisioning of services
• Daily scheduled health checks of Layer 2 and Layer 3 networks
• Discovery of new devices and device configuration
• Daily scheduled and on-demand, real-time reports on configuration changes

The PoC combines interfaces with legacy systems including Cisco ASR9K and Juniper MX480 and provides a single, hardware agnostic, and unified control platform.

The PoC is now complete and scheduled to go into commercial deployment in Q2 2019.
