LeapXpert Acquires AI Startup StartADAM
Acquisition boosts Communication Intelligence solution, strengthens Slack integration, adds Discord functionality, and powers enterprise platform’s CRM connectivity
LeapXpert announced the acquisition of StartADAM, a cross-platform messaging startup. The deal expands LeapXpert’s product and leadership with advanced AI capabilities, new messaging channels, and enterprise-grade CRM integrations. As part of the transaction, all StartADAM assets, the StartADAM team, IP, and product, will be absorbed by LeapXpert.
The acquisition brings several product enhancements to The LeapXpert Communications Platform:
- Communication Intelligence enhancements: With the addition of StartADAM’s AI technology, Maxen—LeapXpert’s intelligence layer—now delivers even deeper real-time and agentic analysis, summarization, and insights—turning everyday conversations into actionable intelligence across the enterprise.
- Governed messaging through Discord: As Discord gains popularity in business environments, LeapXpert is preparing to add it as a supported channel within its platform. This future integration will extend existing coverage, which already includes WhatsApp, iMessage, SMS, Telegram, Signal, WeChat, and LINE.
- Deep Slack integration: This will power a more seamless Governed Mode for Slack, enabling corporate users to communicate with clients via consumer messaging apps like WhatsApp, without leaving their native Slack environment. The strengthened Slack option joins LeapXert’s robust solution for external messaging through Microsoft Teams and Leap Work (its own messaging application).
- Three CRM Integrations: Last, StartADAM brings native two-way sync between messaging platforms and leading CRMs—Salesforce, HubSpot, and Microsoft Dynamics. Enterprises can now ensure that contact data, communication history, and conversation context flow both between CRMs and messaging channels. This closed loop enables better personalization, enriched conversations, and full visibility—essential for scaling client engagement while maintaining governance and continuity.
