Kyivstar and Qvantel Extend Digital BSS Partnership

Qvantel announced that they have extended their partnership with Kyivstar by establishing a managed services centre in Kyiv.

Kyivstar is a long-term partner of Qvantel and has been using Qvantel’s Digital BSS to support their B2C and B2B customers for mobile, fixed broadband and digital services since 2021. With the investment in opening a new facility in Kyiv, 100 BSS experts will ensure that the Qvantel BSS supports the strategic and operational goals of Kyivstar and accelerate the digital transformation of Ukraine. 

As part of the VEON Group Kyivstar is aligned with the Group’s digital operator strategy and is helping increase digital inclusion in Ukraine by offering a wide range of beyond connectivity services to consumers and business customers.
