Eastex Chooses Key Platforms GOCare and Dialpad as They Invest in Customer Experience

GOCare and Dialpad announced that Eastex Telephone Cooperative has selected GOCare’s and Dialpad’s integrated digital experience and UCaaS platforms to elevate Eastex’s customer experience. This integration enhances Eastex’s customer strategy of deploying best-in-breed solutions by integrating GOCare and Dialpad tools with CDG Elements OSS/BSS, and Adtran network insight tools.

Partnering with GOCare and Dialpad enables Eastex to expand its communication channels for both employees and customers to include options such as two-way SMS, social media, online chat, and SMS chat. All communication streams are unified to a single platform delivering a comprehensive view of the customer experience, and empowering dynamic communication across each step of the customer journey.

“Our customers, who are our members, are always our top priority,” said Ben McTee, assistant manager at Eastex. “We want to make it convenient for our customers to reach us and receive important information and assistance in the most efficient manner. Our partnership with GOCare and Dialpad enables us to meet our customers where they are, and improve their overall experience, while providing intuitive tools for our customer service and support staff.”

“We are honored by Eastex’s confidence in GOCare’s solution. GOCare delivers leading digital experience solutions to the broadband industry,” said Mike Roddy, CEO at GOCare. “Our technology, coupled with the team’s broadband operator experience, sets us apart from other SaaS solutions that try to generically address customer experience issues. At GOCare, we believe that technology is a means to the end, not THE END. Consequently, we focus on the results our client-partners achieve. We look forward to working with Eastex’s team to ensure a long-term, collaborative relationship,” concluded Roddy.

Dialpad’s AI-Powered Customer Communications Platform offers advanced capabilities across AI Contact Center, AI Scorecards, AI Sales, AI Voice and AI meetings to provide next-generation guidance and support during all interactions. The combined solution will also enhance customer satisfaction through robust Net Promoter Score® (NPS) / CSAT metrics and actionable dashboards for Eastex.

“Partnering with GOCare has allowed us to bring even more innovation and flexibility to a broad group of customers,” said Senior Vice President of Global Partner Sales with Dialpad, Mike Kane. “We’re thrilled to be working with Eastex to support connectivity in rural East Texas. With GOCare and Dialpad, the Eastex team can leverage advanced tooling under one seamless and easy-to-use communications platform.”

Another key factor in this overall partnership is GOCare’s strong integration capabilities with Eastex’s ecosystem partners such as Adtran and CDG.

“CDG is excited to collaborate with GOCare and Dialpad to deepen the integration between their digital experience suite and our CDG Elements OSS/BSS platform,” added Tony Stout, CTO of CDG. “Extending our integration to enable Eastex’s staff and subscribers timely access to critical information made perfect sense from an efficiency standpoint. We look forward to bringing additional value to our growth-oriented clients like Eastex. CDG and GOCare both share an operator background which further strengthens our partnership.”

“The Adtran Mosaic One SaaS platform empowers providers to fully harness their data through actionable insights. Our collaboration with GOCare significantly enhances this capability, integrating real-time customer interactions with network health. This enables Eastex to proactively respond to subscriber needs, enriching the customer experience and driving operational excellence,” added Robert Conger, GM of Software Platforms and Strategy at Adtran.
