Texas Provider Deploys Next-Gen BSS/OSS Platform to Streamline Operations and Modernize Service Delivery

CHR Solutions announced the successful deployment of its next-generation BSS/OSS platform, Omnia360e, at La Ward Telephone.

La Ward Telephone, a Texas-based provider, has been a CHR client since 1997. The move to Omnia360e marks its third-generation upgrade to CHR’s BSS/OSS platform, reinforcing its long-standing commitment to innovation and service excellence.

The rollout was completed in under 60 days through CHR’s structured Solution Delivery Process (SDP). The implementation included:

  • Robust e-commerce tools designed specifically for telecommunications providers

The platform’s next-gen Facilities Management tools empower engineering and technician teams to manage infrastructure more efficiently across the entire service delivery cycle.
