Banyan Software Expands Benelux Presence with Acquisition of Presspage

Banyan Software announced the acquisition of Presspage, a global provider of media relations and newsroom management software based in the Netherlands.

With the acquisition of Presspage, Banyan now operates two businesses in the Benelux region and has recently opened an Amsterdam office with a local team to better serve and expand its regional portfolio.
