Comarch Makes Gartner's Magic Quadrant for 5th Year

Comarch’s Comprehensive BSS/OSS portfolio and flexibility appreciated by Gartner in OSS and IRCM Magic Quadrants

For the fifth consecutive year, Comarch is positioned among the leading global BSS/OSS vendors in Gartner’s reports.

Kraków, Poland, November 4, 2015– Comarch, a provider of complete IT solutions for telecoms companies, today announced that it has been placed in two Gartner reports. The BSS/OSS portfolio provided by Comarch was noted for its completeness, customer focus, flexibility and product configurability, in Gartner’s Magic Quadrant for Integrated Revenue and Customer Management (IRCM) and Magic Quadrant for Operations Support Systems (OSS).

Magic Quadrant reports feature exclusively those BSS/OSS vendors that offer multi-service and multi-technology, end to end solutions to the global market, and that deliver a full range of customer and revenue management (IRCM) and OSS functions to the CSPs' core business. Additionally, these products have to be delivered in at least four major geographic regions.

Comarch was appreciated for the following:

  • A comprehensive, feature-rich product portfolio of products with out of the box functionalities, built in-house rather than through acquisitions.
  • Strong client focus and flexibility in customizing and configuring the product to suit client requirements.

  • A visible product roadmap and vision that address key CSP initiatives – such as how CSPs can monetize OSS investments related to SDN/NFV, over the top (OTT), big data, IoT and emerging big data industry vertical ecosystems — to grow revenue and improve operational efficiency and customer experience
