ASC announces its upcoming major collaboration with Telefónica Tech in Spain. On the one hand, Telefónica Tech, the leading company in digital transformation with a wide range of services and technological solutions for Cybersecurity, Cloud, IoT, Big Data and Blockchain, and on the other hand ASC, one of the world's leading providers of software solutions and Cloud for omni-channel recording, join forces to offer a professional compliant recording solution.

The number of users using Microsoft Teams on a daily basis continues to grow and as of April 2021, 145 million people around the world used this collaboration service. Recording Insights is a native solution in Microsoft Teams, certified by Microsoft, for compliant recording that can be used by any organization with a legal obligation to record and archive their communications; especially Contact Centers, financial service providers and public safety organizations.
