Following its recent development in being licensed to offer MVNO (Mobile Virtual Network Operator) services, HKBN is planning a full launch of its all-new mobile services in September this year. Through the service, the company will bring customers high-value mobile services at competitive prices, whilst extending its first-class telecom experience outdoors. In order to give customers an early taste of the performance of HKBN mobile services, the company announced today it will offer designated new and renewing customers with free trials of its all-new mobile services. From now until 31 August 2016, customers who subscribe to or renew their contracts with designated HKBN service bundles* will be able to enjoy 6 months of monthly fee waiver for a mobile service plan originally priced at $108/month. What's more, customers who port their existing mobile numbers from other telecom service providers will enjoy additional monthly data under the plan. Having signed Memoranda of Understanding with China Mobile Hong Kong and SmarTone respectively, HKBN is presently in close discussions with the two companies to outline details of their collaboration.
