Data Foundry Celebrates the Expansion of its Houston 2 Data Center on January 23

Data Foundry, a privately held company headquartered in Austin, Texas, will be hosting a celebration event to commemorate the 27,000-square-foot, 4MW expansion of its Houston 2 Data Center. The event will take place on Thursday, January 23, 2020 from 3:00 PM - 7:00 PM CST at the facility, which is located at 660 Greens Pkwy in Houston, Texas. The celebration will feature a craft beer tap truck, a signature cocktail bar, live music, desserts and catered food for attendees.

Located in the Greenpoint district, the Houston 2 Data Center is a 60MW, 350,000-square-foot master-planned campus offering network reliability, diverse utility feeds, 185mph wind-rated infrastructure and elevation above the 500-year floodplain. The facility also provides dedicated office space, lockers, showers, a washer and dryer, a break room and a kitchen to provision for tenants and employees in the event that they must remain at the data center throughout major weather events.
